Choosing a custom training solution is the smartest choice for preparing you and your team for ultimate job success. With us, you get to choose a training package that is custom-built to your exact specifications. To ensure your highest success, we've created the following process. It is your road map for creating the most rewarding training experience possible.

How We Develop Our Classes

The following outline explains the steps we take to develop our classes. Throughout the entire process, you can be sure to be involved in the design of your course every step of the way.

1. Review Class Outline

The first step to customizing your class is to review our class outlines. They provide a detailed list of possible topics to be taught. However, you are not locked into them. For instance, you may choose to cover each topic in order to gain an overall familiarity with the application you are learning. Or, you may choose to cover fewer topics, giving you a chance to go into greater depth. In addition, you may mix topics from several class outlines. If you are unsure about what you need to learn, your instructor will gladly help you refine your class outline during the discovery consultation session.

2. Estimate

Once you have found the class that is right for you, the next step is to contact us for an estimate. You can either email or call us. For more information, see Pricing Information.

3. Schedule Class

Upon approval of your estimate, the next step is to schedule the class. It may be conducted at your facilities or in a rented training room. Start/end times can be adjusted or held in the evenings/weekends to best fit your schedule. Furthermore, you may choose to use your own computers or rent a mobile lab (we train on both the Macintosh and Windows operating system). At this time, we'll also schedule the discovery consultation session which is held approximately two weeks prior to the class.

4. Discovery Session

As soon as you schedule a class, we conduct a discovery consultation session. It is free of charge and may be done in person or via a conference call. This is where you get to express all of your needs, concerns, ideas, and questions regarding your training. Together, you and your instructor will look at the big picture and determine your exact learning needs.

Our Discovery Session will:

Assess individual and company learning needs.
Identify how much training is needed.
Determine what topics should to be taught.
Verify how each training topic will effectively enhance to your workflow.
Determine which training delivery method should be used.

5. Assessment Survey

Immediately following the discovery session, we'll send out an assessment survey. It will serve to evaluate the unique background and experience of each participant. This way, your instructor can most effectively match individual and company needs to the desired learning outcome.

6. Develop Training Curriculum

Once we have conducted the discovery session and the survey results have been received, your instructor will develop a training curriculum that is designed for you. Your class will be practical and directly relate to the chalenges of your own unique system and environment. In addition, you can be sure the training you receive will target the exact skills you need to boost your job performance.

7. Follow Up Consultation

Now that your class has been designed, it's time to deliver it. Throughout the day, you will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and clarify what you have learned. At the end of the class, you will be provided with a training evaluation that allows you to evaluate the course design, the effectiveness of the instructor, and the overall success of the class. In addition, your instructor will provide you with their contact information for questions you may have during your learning process. This way, you can be confident that we will always be there for you.

As an added value to you, we are pleased to offer a free 2-hour follow-up support session if you sign up for two or more days of consecutive training.
